Sequence Analytics
Analytics give you visibility into how your sequences are performing. Track engagement at every stage — from send to reply — and identify which steps are driving results and which need improvement.

Key Metrics
Automatoir tracks four metrics for every sequence:
- Sent — The total number of emails delivered across all steps and enrollments. This is your baseline volume metric.
- Opened — How many sent emails were opened by the prospect. Open tracking provides a signal of subject line effectiveness and send timing.
- Replied — The number of prospects who replied to any step in the sequence. This is the primary success metric for outbound sequences.
- Unenrolled — Prospects removed from the sequence, either automatically (via reply detection) or manually. A high unenroll rate from replies is a positive signal.

Funnel View
The funnel view shows how prospects move through the sequence stages. Starting from total enrollments at the top, you can see what percentage reached each step, how many opened, and how many replied. Drop-off between stages highlights where prospects disengage.

Use the funnel to identify bottlenecks. If many prospects open step 1 but few reach step 2, the delay might be too long or the first email may not be compelling enough to keep the thread alive.
Step-by-Step Performance
Below the funnel, each step shows its own metrics: sent count, open rate, and reply rate. This breakdown lets you compare steps directly and pinpoint which emails are performing best.
- High open rate, low reply rate— The subject line works, but the body content isn't compelling enough. Try a different CTA or value proposition.
- Low open rate — The subject line needs work, or the send timing may not be optimal. Experiment with different subject lines or adjust the delay.
- Step 3+ outperforming step 1 — Later touches sometimes convert better because they demonstrate persistence and add new angles. This is normal for outreach.
