Annual saves 25%
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at 9 months' equivalent of the monthly rate. The math: monthly × 12 × 0.75 = annual price.

Founding customer program
Founding customers are anyone who subscribes during our launch window — the first 6 months from launch. Founding status gives you:
- Price lock for 18 monthsfrom your signup date. Your monthly rate at your signed-up tier won't increase during this period.
- Tier change clarity. If you change tiers (for example, upgrade from Starter to Growth), the new tier's then-current pricing applies. The lock is on your signed-up tier, not on a discount that follows you across plans.
- Transition support. 30 days before your lock expires, we will reach out to discuss options for continuing.
This is our way of thanking early customers who help us learn what to build.
Cap lifts
If you hit a usage cap mid-billing-period, request a cap lift from the billing page. During the 6-month launch window, cap lifts auto-approve for 1.5× the current cap until your billing period resets. After the launch window closes, requests queue for manual review.
Cancel anytime
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. There are no termination fees and no minimum contract. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
Legacy Intelligence Suite tier
The original Intelligence Suite tier ($797/mo) is preserved for subscribers from before the V4 pricing launch (April 25, 2026). It is not sold to new customers and does not appear on the plan catalog. Existing Intelligence Suite subscribers keep their access and pricing.
