Answers to common questions about using Automatoir.
How much does Automatoir cost?
Automatoir has three sellable tiers: Starter ($97/mo), Growth ($197/mo plus $79 per additional seat), and Pro ($697/mo). Annual subscriptions save 25% (Starter $873/yr, Growth $1,773/yr, Pro $6,273/yr). Every plan includes every feature — plans differ only on usage caps and team size. See the catalog for details.
Do you integrate with Apollo, Hunter, or Clearbit?
No. Automatoir does not integrate with Apollo, Hunter, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or RocketReach. Email enrichment is handled by Enrich.so v3 — we send a name and company, Enrich.so returns the likely email address. If you have prospect data exported from one of these tools, you can import a CSV from the Lead Research page.
What is a founding customer?
Founding customers are anyone who subscribes during our launch window — the first 6 months from launch. Founding status gives you a price lock for 18 months from your signup date: your monthly rate at the tier you signed up on won’t increase during this period. If you change tiers, the new tier’s then-current pricing applies. 30 days before your lock expires, we will reach out to discuss options for continuing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. There are no termination fees and no minimum contract. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
What’s the annual discount?
Annual plans save 25%. The math: monthly rate × 12 × 0.75. So Starter is $97/mo × 9 = $873/yr instead of $1,164/yr at the monthly rate — a $291 saving. Growth is $1,773/yr. Pro is $6,273/yr. You’re billed once per year on the anniversary of your signup.
How do I connect Outlook?
Outlook support is built into Automatoir and is currently undergoing final QA testing. It will be available soon. In the meantime, Gmail is fully supported. We’ll send an email announcement when Outlook goes live.
Will Automatoir send emails without my approval?
By default, sequences run in Review Mode. Every email step is queued for your review before sending — you’ll see pending emails in your Email Inbox with options to Send now, Skip, or Edit the draft. You can switch to auto-send mode per sequence if you prefer hands-off outreach, but this is always opt-in.
Does Automatoir train AI on my data?
No. Automatoir's AI provider does not use data submitted via the API to train its models. Your emails, prospects, and documents are processed only to generate results for you and are not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for the specific processors we use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Your account data is retained for a wind-down period after cancellation to allow you to export your data. After that period, it is permanently deleted. See the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. OAuth tokens (your Gmail/Outlook credentials) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Database storage is handled by Supabase with their standard encryption. See our Privacy Policy for full security details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You have the right to request a machine-readable export of your data at any time. Contact us at hello@automatoir.com to request an export. See our Privacy Policy for details on your data rights.
How do I report a bug?
Email hello@automatoir.com with a description of the issue, what you expected to happen, and any screenshots if possible. We typically respond within one business day.
