Email Enrichment
When you add a prospect with a name and company but no email address, Automatoir can find a likely email for you. This page explains how that works, what provider we use, and what we do not integrate with.
What provider Automatoir uses
Automatoir uses Enrich.so v3 — specifically the Email Finder endpoint. Given a name and a company domain, Enrich.so returns the most likely work email address along with a confidence score.
What Automatoir does not integrate with
Automatoir does not integrate with the following prospecting tools:
- Apollo — no Apollo API integration, no Apollo search, no Apollo data sync.
- Hunter — no Hunter API integration.
- Clearbit — no Clearbit enrichment.
- ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach — no integrations with any of these.
If you have prospect data exported from any of these tools, you can import a CSV instead.
How to enrich a prospect
From the Lead Research page, click the Enrichbutton next to a prospect that has a name and company but no email. Automatoir sends the name and company to Enrich.so's Email Finder and stores the returned email on the prospect record.
Enrichment is also triggered automatically when you generate prospects with AI — if the AI returns a company without a contact email, Automatoir attempts an enrichment pass against the name and domain.
What gets stored
When an enrichment succeeds, Automatoir records:
- The found email address (saved to the prospect's email field)
- The enrichment source (Enrich.so)
- The timestamp of the enrichment
Confidence scores are evaluated server-side. Low-confidence results are not written to the prospect record — you'll see no email rather than a guessed email that bounces.
Cost and usage caps
Enrich.so is a third-party paid service that Automatoir pays for on your behalf. Each enrichment consumes one Enrich.so credit. Per-tier monthly enrichment caps are part of your subscription and counted alongside your other usage caps.
See Pricing for the qualification-and-enrichment cap that ships with each tier.
What if enrichment fails?
Enrichment can fail when:
- The prospect's company domain is not in Enrich.so's database
- The name and company combination doesn't yield a high-confidence match
- The third-party service is temporarily unavailable
When enrichment fails, the prospect record stays as-is and no email is written. You can add the email manually from the prospect's edit form or try again later — there is no penalty for failed lookups beyond the credit used.
