Frequently asked questions

Does the timing of the text matter?

Yes, and you can adjust it. The default is 2 hours after job completion, which tends to get the highest response rates. We can set it to same-day, next morning, or any window that fits your workflow.

What counts as a low rating?

Any rating of 1, 2, or 3 out of 5 triggers a private alert to you instead of sending a Google review link. This gives you a chance to reach out and make it right.

Which review platforms does it support?

Google is the default (and highest impact), but we can configure it for Yelp, Facebook, Houzz, or any platform with a direct review link.

How long does setup take?

2–3 business days after your onboarding call. Most clients are live within a week of purchasing.

Do I need any technical skills?

None. We handle all the configuration. You just answer a few questions about your business on our onboarding call — we do the rest.
